Initiate Your Request
Log into your Azure account portal and select the items you wish to return from your recent order history to generate a return authorization.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the item is in its unworn, unwashed state.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
